Bostonian Barber Shop in Hanson, Massachusetts is rooted in tradition and family history. Originally opened in 1950 by Don Botieri, this barbershop served the Hanson community for decades until his retirement in 2010. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the space was proudly reclaimed and restored, allowing the Botieri family legacy to continue as Bostonian Barber Shop’s third location, officially reopening in April 2021.
This cozy three-chair barber shop remains in the original space where Don Botieri built his reputation, now reimagined to deliver modern men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves while honoring the craftsmanship and values of traditional barbering. Every detail of the shop reflects a balance of history, community, and precision grooming.
